Like everyone, we too have been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic. As physicians, we’ve taken the necessary and appropriate action to reduce the transmission of this virus and protect the health of our patients. As of 3/17/20, all the doctors in our practice have suspended in-office visits and have shifted entirely to working from home. We are available to continue with your treatment either by phone or videoconference. We realize that this is a significant shift and hope that you will be comfortable with this new practice format. If you aren’t, please let your doctor know. We will certainly understand if you decide not to keep your appointment under these new circumstances. If you are, we will work with you to find and set up the contact format that is most comfortable and effective for you. We will continue with these new arrangements until advised by local and federal health agencies that they are no longer necessary.
If you are a prospective patient seeking care but not yet established with our group, this is an even more challenging time. Starting treatment or therapy with someone by phone or videoconference is not ideal. We will deal with requests for initial appointments like this on a case-by-case basis.
These are trying times. We will do our best to help.
