Forensic services are offered by Mark Chapman, M.D.
Dr. Chapman is board-certified in forensic psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He has evaluated individuals and provided consultation to attorneys in civil, criminal, and other administrative matters. Additionally, he has provided psychiatric treatment in correctional systems, evaluated veterans for disability compensation and pension, and evaluated adolescents in the Cook County Juvenile Court Clinic.
